How to discover which customers have stopped buying a certain product

You can use sales-i to discover which products a customer has stopped buying, preventing your sales from slipping and going to a competitor before it's too late.

Step 1: Click Enquiries

From the black navigation bar at the top of the screen, click Enquiries.

Step 2: Click Sales vs. Gaps

Now it's time to select the type of enquiry you would like to run.

Select Sales vs. Gaps.

Step 3: Search Filter

Next, select Search Filter.

Step 4: Untick Hide Gaps

Untick the Hide Gaps checkbox. This will mean that you will be able to see customers that are buying and not buying a certain product.

Next, click the green Save button.

Step 5: Select Product bubble

Next, select the Product bubble from the Product Analysis section.

Step 6: Drill icon

Now you need to select the product you would like to see sales information for (in this case, who has bought and not bought).

To do this click the drill icon on the product line.

Step 7: Select Customer bubble

Now you have selected your chosen product, it's time to see which customers have and haven't been buying it.

To do so, click Customer bubble from the Customer Analysis field.

Step 8: Gaps

You will now see a list of customers who have bought or not bought that product.

Some of them may be red. This indicates a gap in spend for that month.

Click on a column header to sort sales for that month into ascending or descending order.

Please Note: You can click on the Total column header to bring the customers who have never bought this product to the top of the list.

Step 3: Select your dates

Now, you need to select the Date Filters you would like to search with.

If you want to see data for a certain date period tap Date Range.

Please Note: If you want to search for a particular product you can tap Add a Filter and then tap Product.

Step 4: Tap Apply Filter

Next, tap Apply Filter in the top right hand corner

Step 5: Tap Sales vs. Gaps

Now it's time to select the type of enquiry you would like to run.

Step 6: Tap Product

Tap Product from the Quick Drills.

Step 7: Drill+

Now you need to select the product you would like to see sales information for (in this case, who has bought and not bought).

To do this swipe right to left on the product line and then tap the blue Drill+ button that appears.

Step 8: Tap Customer

Now you have selected your chosen product, it's time to see which customers have and haven't been buying it.

To do so, tap Customer from the Quick Drills.

Step 9: Gaps

You will now see a list of customers who have bought or not bought that product.

Some of them may have a red info (i) icon with a number next to them. This number represents the number of gaps in spend over the months in this date range.

If you would like see a monthly breakdown of their spend, (including any gaps), tap on the (i) icon.

Scroll down and select Product from the Product Analysis field.

Step 6: Drill+

Now you need to select the product you would like to see sales information for (in this case, who has bought and not bought).

To do this long press on a product until the line turns green and then tap Drill+ in the top right hand corner of the screen.

Step 7: Tap Customer

Now you have selected your chosen product, it's time to see which customers have and haven't been buying it.

To do so, tap Customer from the Customer Analysis field.

If you would like see a monthly breakdown of their spend, (including any gaps), long press on the line until it turns green and tap INFO in the top right hand corner.
