How to activate a user

Activating a user on sales-i is really quick and easy.

To activate a user, a Power User in your company must email the sales-i support team at support@sales-i.com.

Please include the user's 'user name' as a bare minimum, (additional information is helpful but not required).

The sales-i support team will then activate your user and notify you once completed.
